Check Your Internet Speed

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth appointment time:

1. Visit the Speedtest Website

2. Ping:  Under 100 is good, the lower the better

3. Download Speed: Over 10 is good

4. Upload Speed: Over 3 is good

Troubleshooting:

 

Low upload speeds may cause connection difficulties during the call. If you find that your upload speed is low - prior to our appointment please try connecting your computer to internet through a hard line (i.e. ethernet cable). Please note you may need to disconnect your computer from the wifi network and restart your router.
